煤炭科学研究总院检测研究分院是专业从事煤炭质量和矿用安全产品质量检测的研究机构，由煤炭检测研究所、矿山支护设备检测研究所、矿山井巷设备与油品检测研究所、检测仪器与设备研究所、矿用油品研究所等组成，其中3个检测研究所包含了煤炭实验室、煤矿支护设备实验室、锚固技术实验室、凿岩机具实验室、矿用油品与材料实验室等5个煤炭工业重点实验室。国家煤炭质量监督检验中心（国家安全生产北京煤炭检测检验中心）、国家煤矿支护设备质量监督检验中心（国家安全生产北京矿山支护设备检测检验中心）、国家安全生产北京矿山井巷设备与矿用油品检测检验中心（煤炭工业北京锚杆产品质量监督检验中心、煤炭工业北京凿岩机具产品质量监督检验中心、煤炭工业北京矿用油品产品质量监督检验中心）均设在本分院。全国煤炭标准化技术委员会煤炭检测分会、煤炭工业煤矿专用设备标准化技术委员会支护设备分会挂靠在本分院。

    Test Research Institute of CCRI is a special research institution for measurement and test of coal quality and mine safety product quality. The center is consisted of the following 5 key laboratories of the coal industry and they are Coal Analysis and Test Laboratory, Coal Mine Support Equipment Laboratory, Rock Bolt Technology Laboratory, Rock Drilling Machinery and Tools Laboratory and Mine Oil and Material Laboratory. China National Coal Quality Supervision Testing Center, China National Coal Mine Support Equipment Quality Supervision Testing Center,Coal Industry Beijing Rock Bolt Quality Supervision Testing Center,Coal Industry Beijing Drilling Machinery and Tools Quality Supervision Testing Center,Coal Industry Beijing Mine Oil Quality Supervision Testing Center are set up in the center. Coal Analysis and Test Branch, China National Coal Standardization Technology Committee, Mine Support Equipment Branch, Mine Special Equipment Standardization Technology Committee of Coal Industry are also located in TC. TC is willing to provide excellent services to the customers at home and broad base on the principle of science,equity and reality.
